Google Reader News

Google has announced that they will be shutting down Google Reader on July 1st. If you follow blogs this means you'll need to find a new reader for that. Lifehacker has a post about other readers you can try out. Right now several of them are overwhelmed but by the time Reader goes away they should (I hope) be up to the new load. I suspect they'll be ready within a few days. These readers will do the same thing as Google Reader but they do look a bit different. Some of them already let you sign in with your Google Reader account and automatically import your subscriptions but some of them don't, so I'm going to show you the steps to export your subscriptions from Reader so you can import them elsewhere. If you don't want to use your Google account on your new reader you can also use the import option. Click to embiggen:

Hello! Anyone out there? It's me, BECKETT! Me and that mom and that C-A-T have been doing just fine. We've just been real slackers about blogging. I am going to try to blog again, but you can also follow me on Facebook too.

Anyway, I have been working on training that mom with the Manners Minder. My buddies Arabella and Moose have been doing Super Skills Sunday posts so I thought I would join in.

Here's my video! I am teaching that mom to put down a target and then for her to give me a treat when I touch the target with my nose.

That mom and I are big fans of the Thundering Herd, and were very impressed with several recent photos of members of the Herd on boulders.

Although I do not live in the mountains like the Herd, I would like to point out that I am also very photogenic on top of boulders:

Wordless Wednesday: Puzzler Answer

Puppy Camp and a Puzzler

This weekend I went to Puppy Camp to get some flirting in. That MOM needed to do some deep cleaning of the house (something that was in no way related to a certain Apoopcalypse of last week), which she said would be easier without my help. Anyway, I had a great time flirting with all my pretty vet techs and they told that MOM that I was their best boarder. (As if that was ever a question!)

Now for the puzzler:

That MOM is really excited about some project she did to the house, but I'm having a hard time seeing a difference. Do you see the change?

That UNIVERSITY got a new REC CENTER and that mom has been SWIMMING. Can you believe that they do not let ME, Joshua Patrick Beckett Wilson La Brador, swim in either of the two pools!??!?!?!?
